- Click the “View your order” button or link.
- Your live order status and tracking information will appear instantly.
Can’t find your confirmation email?
- Check your spam or junk folder — it sometimes lands there.
- Search your inbox for noreply@mail.shopify.com or Four Candle.
- Make sure you used the same email address you placed the order with.
